As the builders of this industrial-styled home with a farmhouse twist, we are proud to present a residence that seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with rustic charm. The exterior features a striking combination of standing seam cladding on the first floor and sculptured sand face brick on the ground floor, with a Geostone driveway finish tying in the overall industrial feel. The front pivot door in a timber finish, matching the porch’s timber post, introduces the farm-inspired elements our clients desired.
Inside, a floor-to-ceiling smoke glass mirror transitioning into timber slats greets you, leading to a long hallway with seamless shadow-line architraves, door jambs, and plain solid internal doors. The LED light feature running from the front to the back door aligns with the shadow-line finish, enhancing the grand, flush appearance.
The mono-steel stringer staircase with timber steps leads to the first floor, where black features contrast with grey and white, and a floor-to-ceiling window in the void area allows natural light to flood the space.
The open plan living area, with its stacker door to the alfresco, creates an indoor-outdoor feel perfect for entertaining. Timber-featured joinery brings in the farmhouse elements, tying in with the freestanding black fireplace in the living area. Custom-made vanities in each bathroom add texture and uniqueness.
